Refund policy
We happily take back unopened items.
So if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Depending on your purchase and the specified piece our team of experts can decide if you're eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Please note gift cards, coupon cards as well as limited editions or exclusive pre-orders and items purchased on sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Coupon codes are usually valid for 30 working days unless otherwise stated with the coupon.
Returns
You have 15 working calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or online store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and certification(s).
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of the purchase and be returned from/back to the buyer.
As soon as we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your credit/exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an online store credit.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days and will be notified on your registered email address or account number on coicco.com online store.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned as mentioned below:
- Gift cards
- If purchased on Sale or via Discount Codes or any offers
- Special orders, customized and some designer pieces
- Some decorations and handicrafts due to product fragility

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or even exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before signing the approval that you have received your package in the correct condition. In order to avoid having defective or damaged items makes sure you open and check the package before signing off the collection form. You can also send us an email immediately. Also, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at coicco@eim.ae as well as arrange your item to be shipped back to our return shipping address. All shipping costs will be covered from the buyers’ end. Exchanges will not be possible for the same item if it is a unique piece, one of a kind pieces or out of stock. Please note almost all our pieces are one of kind, therefore exchanges will have to be for another item or possibly a similar piece.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to the same registered email address that purchased the gift. Usually our gifted items fall under $1000, this can be used as a discount card as a gift to purchase as a gift.
Please note, in the case of gifting items its best to mention that you're gifting an item upon purchase and mention the name and email address of the person being gifted that way the item can be easily exchanged, otherwise if not mentioned the purchase may not fall under the category of gifted item, “Gifts”.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an exchange note or credit note to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Taxation and other incurred costs are also applicable under the buyers’ expense.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our return item address, if approved by our headquarter showroom in written form.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
